When are HOA Board Meetings?

Board Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:00 pm at the clubhouse.

Are rentals allowed in Saddle Ridge?

Please remember that there is a limit to how many rental units there can be within Saddle Ridge. There is a wait list to be authorized to rent. If you are thinking about renting your unit in the future, please contact [email protected] to be added to the waiting list. Also remember there is no short-term renting allowed such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. If you have questions about your unit, please contact Tiffanee Padilla at ACM® to make sure you are not in violation.
