When are HOA Board Meetings?

Board Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:00 pm at the clubhouse.

Are rentals allowed in Saddle Ridge?

Please remember that there is a limit to how many rental units there can be within Saddle Ridge. There is a wait list to be authorized to rent. If you are thinking about renting your unit in the future, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to be added to the waiting list.  Also remember there is no short-term renting allowed such as Airbnb, VRBO, etc. If you have questions about your unit, please contact Tiffanee Padilla at ACM® to make sure you are not in violation.
